Today I want to invite anyone interested to attend the Golf Course Irrigation Auditor Class & Exam on October 13 & 14 at Salisbury CC in Midlothian, VA. STI worked with the Irrigation Association to bring this educational session to Richmond to provide a local opportunity for individuals to become certified as a golf course irrigation auditor (CGIA). Increasing the number of CGIA's in the area will help promote a greater understanding of water management & conservation.
Information on the class can be found HERE, and you can register for the class & the exam (must sign up separately for each) on the IA's website. Registration deadline for the class is September 29, so sign up early to reserve your spot. STI will have several guys attending (including me) & we hope that many of you take advantage of this opportunity as well.
